Since 1996, O & P Services, Inc. has been serving our customers throughout Northeast Ohio. We offer a wide selection of orthotics, prosthetics and comfort shoes designed to alleviate discomfort – and improve your quality of life.
We are locally owned and operated by Justin D. Proctor, C.P.O., who is licensed and certified by the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics & Pedorthics.
BRACING
most people hear orthotics…
And think of Foot Orthotics, but Orthotics is a general term that can be applied to all kinds of bracing and what I will discuss in this section is ankle bracing . If you are only interested in Foot Orthotics, scroll down to the next section. I am qualified to provide braces for the entire body, but specialize in lower limb bracing and braces for the ankle are called AFO’s. AFO is an acronym for Ankle Foot Orthosis and I estimate that over my career I have fabricated 3000+ custom AFO’s, and chances are I have seen just about any condition that has needed to be treated with an ankle brace. All fabrication of any devices are made in my own lab, NOTHING gets sent out!

I have enjoyed providing over my career because it’s the one thing that I do that people really want to have for themselves! If your feet hurt, your life is miserable and I can help. All my Orthotics are custom made from molds I take of your feet and fabricated in my own lab, NOTHING gets sent out!
PROSTHETICS

Then we can assume you or someone you know has suffered limb loss and is in need of a prosthesis. Over the past 25 years of caring for amputees, I learned the most important thing is to listen. Every person is unique and so are their needs. Whether I’m dealing with a 30 year old farmer or an 75 year old retired teacher, they get what is most important; my full attention and by doing an extensive history on your individual needs and goals, we will come up with a plan that is best for you. Another concern for some amputees when it comes to a prosthesis is cost. O&P Services are on all major insurance plans and can offer a finance plan if needed. Most importantly, don’t let the fear of the cost prevent you from coming in and having a consult. All initial consults are free.
Shoes
I do not provide shoes for the general public, however…
I do provide advice and recommendations for proper criteria that would be best for you. We can provide a shoe if you are in need of a customized shoe to fit a deformity or extreme swelling. We do provide diabetic shoes and foot orthotics for qualified individuals. You must have a referral from you Doctor in order for them to be covered and we do not accept all plans.
